EDIT May 2018; since this base seems to be pretty popular i just want to say, im aware of everyone on the different animo's who are using this base and let me just clarify something from the rules below, "do not use this outside of deviantart", some people asked me for permission, and im ok with them using it as they have asked me, but for the rest, please dont use it without asking first !
